Our approach to mold remediation can be broken into four simple steps.

Our patented Dry Fog Technology Vs traditional "Wet Fog"

Dry Fog (Our Patented Technology)

Using positive air pressure we fill your property with our sterilant which is condensed into tiny particles. This means that rather than a liquid condensing on surfaces, it rebounds from surfaces until the interior airspace is filled, and the sterilant is able to reach hard to reach spaces. This creates an uninhabitable environment for mold.

Wet Fog or Mist (Other Mold Remediators)

Aside from the costly and time-consuming approach to mold remediation that relies on extensive demolition, disposal and reconstruction, most modern methods employ a ULV spray application (wet fog). As the sterilant is distributed, much of it either condenses on surfaces or the larger droplets burst in the air, resulting in patchy and unpredictable coverage. We apply our vapor treatment as well as other solutions to eliminate spores and mold in the air and on surfaces. The machine we use to apply the sterilant as a vapor condenses its molecular size. This means it can't readily condense on surfaces, but dwells in the air, treating 99.9% of airborne mold, as well as mold into and on surfaces.

Our antimicrobial film is then applied to all surfaces. Once it touches a surface, it forms a covalent bond. Essentially, this means it becomes one with the surface. It's invisible, imperceptible and completely safe.

Our antimicrobial electrostatically attracts mold spores to it, eradicating them on contact. The mold spores are punctured by carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails.
