Our approach to mold remediation can be broken into four simple steps.

01 — Mold find the mold and its causes

02 — We make a plan and execute

We work with you to make a custom plan for your particular situation. Part of the plan is to help you resolve the source that is causing the mold. After the source is eliminated we use our patented vapor technology, as well as other sanitation methods, to clear mold and spores in the building.

03 — We stop the mold from coming back

Our antimicrobial film is applied to surfaces, creating a covalent bond. This prevents mold from re-growing by electrostatically attracting spores to it and denaturing them on contact.

Whole building Mold control

We apply our vapor treatment as well as other solutions to eliminate spores and mold in the air and on surfaces. The machine we use to apply the sterilant as a vapor condenses its molecular size. This means it can't readily condense on surfaces, but dwells in the air, treating 99.9% of airborne mold, as well as mold into and on surfaces. See References tab for details.
Our process creates positive air pressure until the vapor reaches hard to reach spaces inside the property. It controls mold where it touches by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within. No wiping, no residue. You don't even have to move your stuff. The process is completely non-toxic and breaks down shortly after treatment.

Our antimicrobial film is then applied to all surfaces. Once it touches a surface, it forms a covalent bond. Essentially, this means it becomes one with the surface. It's invisible, imperceptible and completely safe.

Attracts & Kills

Our antimicrobial electrostatically attracts mold spores to it, neutralizing them on contact. The mold spores are punctured by carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails.
